Check that Exchange and outlook integration is on in the settings. is it switched on? Yes. No.
There is something wrong with synchronisation between the exchange and Skype for business. Please gather the logs and escalate to L2.
Switch this feature on. Does this resolve the issue? Yes. No.
Close the case..
In the toolbar, hold down shift and right click and then select configuration information. check that both Mapi Status and EWS Status is OK. Are they both OK? Yes. No.
