Provide the company contact information to your Procurement contact. That person will ask them to complete a W9 Form, ACH Form, and provide a voided check. Once OMF has added them as a vendor to SAP, the Procurement contact will let you know. Then you can ask your Accounts Receivable contact to issue a DPO which you will also use to pay the invoice..
