Does the guide load? Yes. No.
Go to Settings, select Defaults, select OK, re run the guide..
Have you entered your login info? Yes. No.
Go to Settings, enter login info, select OK. Run the guide..
Do you see an error loading data? Yes. No.
Go to Settings, select the "Soft Reset" option, select OK. Run the guide..
Does the guide display programme info? Yes. No.
Go to Settings, select the Soft Reset option, select OK. Run the guide..
Are you concerned that you do not have a complete channel list? Yes. No.
Go to Settings and change Source XML to "UK/USA" or "UK/USA Amyslist"..
Are you struggling to play a channel stream? Yes. No.
The guide is designed to provide programme information, it is the end users job to link the guide channels to streams. A selection of addons are pre-registered to the guide and will be offered as a choice when selecting a channel if the relevant channel stream is available. If the guide instead displays a menu with Choose Stream highlighted then you do not have any pre-registered addons with that specific channel stream installed. Go to Settings and disable "Alternate Streaming Method" and "Disable OSD" options, select OK. Go to System Settings > Video > (change settings level to Expert), Acceleration > disable the "Surface" codec. Try the guide again. Has your issue been resolved? Yes. No.
