No further action needed. ANNUAL QUANTS WILL BE REQUIRED.
Set up TB Clearance Physical and CXR-1 to rule out TB. DID THE CXR SHOW AN INDICATION OF 'PAST POSITIVE TB' or note 'NO CURRENT SIGNS OF ACTIVE TB? YES. NO.
Send TB clearance physical, CXR, TB Quant results and screen form. TRAVELER CAN NOT START UNTIL RESULTS ARE BACK.
CXR must be repeated or addendum by facility must be added that specifies an indication of 'past positive TB' or note 'no current signs of TB'. Once this has been completed, send TB clearance physical, CXR, TB Quant results & screen form. TRAVELER CAN NOT START UNTIL RESULTS ARE BACK .
