What is the nature of the problem? Related to heating. Issue with Pump(s).
check motor module.
what's wrong with heating zones? Actual temperatures not correct. Actual temps o.k. but one zone not heating. Actual temp o.k. but no zone is heating. One or several zones are overheating.
check RTD/RTD connection.
check main contactor.
check power modules.
What is wrong with actual temperatures? One or several actual temperatures show '?". All actual temperatures show "?". Actual temperatures are shown but wrong values.
Check RTD/RTD connections.
Is the ASU properly configured? yes, zone table is o.k.. No, zone table is empty or incorrect.
Re-configure the V6-system.
Is the V6-System running properly? Check modules green lights. yes, all modules show green lights. No, not all modules show green lights.
V6-Temp module defective.
Check V6 modules and connections.
Is the RTD selector set properly? Yes. No.
1. RTD's are incorrect / defective . 2. V6-TEMP Module is defective.
Change the Jumper Position.
